Circle of Moms

Circle of Moms: "As Kelly G. wisely shares:

“Cleaning and scrubbing can wait for tomorrow,

For babies grow up, I’ve learned, to my sorrow.

So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust, go to sleep.

I’m rocking my baby, and babies don’t keep.”"

Walmarts New Coupon Policy!

Over at the Frugal Girls blog this morning I found this important news flash.
I can definitely see using coupons in the Walgreens weekly flyer at Walmart to save a bunch!

The Frugal Girls: Freebies, Discounts, Coupons.: "We should call this the “New and Improved” Walmart Coupon Policy!"

Walmart has an updated Coupon Policy and you are going to want to check it out.

We should call this the “New and Improved” Walmart Coupon Policy!

Here are a few examples of the coupons now accepted:

  • Competitors’ coupons that feature a specific item for a specified price {for example, $2.99}
  • Soft drink container caps
  • Checkout coupons – {also called “Catalinas“} that are printed at our competitors’ registers, have “Manufacturer Coupon” with specific requirements printed on them, a valid remit address for the manufacturer, valid expiration date, and a scannable bar code. {some frugal friends have even been able to use Walgreens Register Rewards at Walmart!}
  • Coupons may exceed the price of the item. Change may be given or applied toward the cost of the basket purchase.
  • Coupons accepted with Customer Service Supervisor/Management approval: 40 or more coupons, Any coupon over $20, or $50 or more in coupons in one transaction

Be sure to check out the entire Walmart Coupon Policy.

Thanks to frugal friends Julie & Brandi for sharing!

Frugal friend Brandi just used a $3.00 Gain Coupon on a $1.82 Gain 40 ct. Sheets and had the overage applied to her other items!
